Because it worked !! They said we got 3 inches of rain in Central NJ. This is good because now hundreds of trout will be washing over the Headgates dam at Duke Island Park into the Raritan river, no need to stock as per Mark B from F&G.
Upper Delaware river got pounded also, everything is blown out up there also.

im hoping this rain ignites a good fall bite now. should cool things off water temp wise and hopefully get some of this fish going.

Thank god!!!! SRC was way up today, great to see, hopefully more of the sediment will flow downstream now.

A whale could swim comfortably in that river with how high it was. Fish are going to be everywhere!
