Papas Angels - 7/14 - Great Day Fluke Fishing!
Sorry for the late report.. Busy night last night..
Yesterday We had Mike, Allen, Bill, Joe, and Joe JR out for some fluke fishing. We left the dock around 7am and headed out in search of some fluke. The action started right away on the first drop and continued most of the day. Joe Jr did great and stayed at the rail all day and was rewarded with a beautiful 24in 6 1/2 pound door mat.. The guys fished hard and were able to boat 16 keeper fluke.. The group must have picked up at least 50 shorts that were set free to grow bigger.. Lots of 17in fish.. So close but so far.. Forgot to add that we picked up some of the biggest sea robins i have seen in a long time.. monsters.. haha..
