Talking Miss Belmar morning report

Captain Lenny just called to tell me that we started out ENE of our inlet this morning. There were plenty of rain fish and sand eels on top with occasional bluefish swirling. We stopped on good readings and the fish were on instantly! Some readings were 40 feet deep to the bottom and we are fishing in 75 foot of water. The fish are eating whatever you throw at them! Super fishing today with all the blues you wanted with occasional stripers mixed in up to 35 lbs! He has been on the same drift since 8:30 this morning and he is just beating up the blues! I will post pictures later.

Sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

NIGHT BLUES & STRIPERS WILL RESUME THIS FRIDAY, MAY 25TH, FROM 7:30 P.M. - 2:30 A.M.

super day of bluefishing, no other way to describe it. Cpt Lenny made a left turn out of the inlet and a few minutes later we started on a 3 hr drift. all the blues you could want with an occasional bass over 30 lb returned to fight another day as we were over the magic line. Great job by DJ, Brian and Joey keeping up with the fish as these were gaffers, up to 15 lb and great job by DJ getting my 30 lb bass into the net
see you next week
