Golden Eagle Monday Striperthon
We spent most of the day live lining bunkers, a very boring morning but later in the afternoon some bass started to turn on, we ended with 6 keepers to 30lbs and lost several more fish. It is an encourageing sign that the bass are starting to turn on now that we are coming off the full moon. I look for the fishing to continue to improve as the week goes on.
With that said the weather for tomorrow looks bad, rain and southerly winds to 30K's. Stay home tomorrow we are not planning on going anywhere.
The GOLDEN EAGLE sails daily at 7:30am from Belmar Marina except for Monday and Friday STRIPERTHONS when we leave the dock at 6:30am.
