Cheese It Baked Blackfish

Tryed this one tonight it was great. half cup butter 1 egg 4 tablespoons parmasan cheese, half tsp salt,half tsp pepper, 1and a half cups crushed cheez it crackers , 1 tsp parsely, blackfish fillets.Melt butter in saucepan allow to cool.Beat egg into butter. Mix all dry ingredients together in separate bowl. Drag fillets through butter completely coat with crushed crackers. Lay fish in single layer greased baking dish. Bake at 375 for 25 min. Very easy and the wife and kides loved it.

Had to bump this recipe back up a little.
Haven't tried it in a while cause I suck at catching blackfish, but had it tonight and it was unreal.
Give it a try, you won't be disappointed
