yellow perch pic
Caught, took pics, then released a 13.5" spawned out female yellow perch on my last cast for the day on Friday evening in 50 degree Carnegie Lake with a Dick's Sporting Goods red worm on a tube jig and 2 lb test line. It was the biggest yellow perch that I ever saw. I am applying for my 39th NJ Skillful Angler Award. Only caught 3, 1, 2, 3 and 3 fish there on my last 5 trips. Cold weather ruined my fishing this year.
