Default boating at night around Sandy Hook

Please be careful out there .. the sand dredge operation has an awful lot of pipe stretched out with barely any lights on it !!!!
Most of it is closer to the Horseshoe Cove/Officers Row area but it covers a lot of water....

That pipe should be lit up like a christmas tree. Every bit of it that could pose a hazard to navigation.
