Short Bimini's Ive been tying this way for over 30 sessons . If u tie at home simply put nail in work bench & u can finish off in 15 seconds on my boat swivel off a big game hook where ever convient same process aapplies.
there was a controversay on how many turns to use on lighter braids . Some claimed 9/10 was enough to complete twist . Howevr it makes twist very tiny & hard to hanndle so the lightr stuff I pefer turning upwards of 25 to 30 , then finish! Knot sense is applied to all !! Critical to twiisting this knot is apply ample pressure when twisting & rolling outer layer , if loose they can & will slip !!
