Roger,
Your dishes always look great.
Are you a chef?
Fished a few weeks ago with Zoran. Slow day but mice.
How did you make out on a new hull?

Made minor adjustments to the recipe. Used a modelo negra bc it was all i had. For shallot topping, added shredded carrots and diced celery for added texture and crunch. I battered 16 chunks of tile. There was 3 left between myself, my fiance and our 2 yr old lol. It was easily one of the best dishes I've ever made. Thanks for posting the video and link!

End game below lol...

Woah I gotta check this forum more often!

Zoran mentioned running into a couple yakkers out there. New hull is working great! Did some land based fishing while waiting for it to arrive, some interesting catch/cook footage coming up lol...

And yes, I was a cook...now a somewhat lapsed cook. The only way I get to fish as much as I do is to step out of the kitchen!

That looks amazing! Nice job bulking up the sprinkles, I think carrots and celery make a lot of sense.

Yep. I fished with him for about an hour near David's only to find a few dink tog and he found some porgies.
We split up after a bit and then met up again at the launch and chatted a while.
Second time fishing that spot and it was enjoyable.
I do plan to concentrate on it in 2018 and learn it well. Close ride for me from North NJ.
Hope to see you out there
