Default Livin' the wild life

Only was able to sneak away for an hour of fishing yesterday. What to do, what to do....chase holdover stockies.....nah....explore the wild side! One brown to the net and a few other ldr. Not a bad Sunday morning stroll.

I fished one of the WTS yesterday and the highest water temperature I saw was 60 around 1:00pm.

And I saw my breath steam yesterday morning too. Air temp was a stout 55. Flows are real nice too, should be a good few weeks of pre-spawn before I turn back to the stocked bows and let the wild ones do the wild thing unabated.

Beautiful fish. When do trout in our wts spawn? 40-50F? I'd like to avoid fishing for them during that period,
looking to start fishing for them later into the season.
