Could you please tell me what NJOA's position is concerning a saltwater registry for a nominal fee versus a NJ State saltwater fishing license?

Currently the NJOA supports seeking a federally compliant registry for a nominal ($2-4) fee which would cover administrative costs asscoiated with the registry. Beyond that we will be seeking an appropriation from Trenton to fund Marine Fisheries.
