A picture like the one above won't qualify...

Has to be full length pic of Pike with wieght and anglers face shot with Pike...

I don't think the measurement really matters if were goin for weight. If someone catches a short fatty that weighs more than a skinny 30" it still wins right?

The measurement can help verify the weight of the BEAST. Thank Skunk!

That's gonna be tricky solo fishing on a kayak, but I'll do my best to figure something out.

That sounds about right. Easiest way to take a measurement photo riding solo in the a kayak is to lay the fish across your lap and hold the camera up as high as you can. Besides having a camera mounted somewhere with an autotimer, its pretty much impossible any other way lol.

Let me clarify...

1. Weight wins (heaviest Pike regardless of length)

2. Need to have full pic of the Pike or as much as humanly possible.

3. Need to have a pic with verifiable face shot with pike and weight shot <or> a pic with face and pike along with another pic of pike and weight (2 pics).

I'm looking to get out either tomorrow or Wednesday evening for yak float on the upper Passaic somewhere. Would anyone want to meet up for a 2 vehicle put in/take out-one way trip? I could get to most of the typical launch spots at 5:15ish. I have a stretch in mind but would be totally open to suggestions.

It would be good to have someone else there to take my picture with the winning fish!
PM me...
