Done...I'm primarily a freshwater guy, some of the salt from shore, jetty's and charter boat stuff out of Raritan Bay, and have never had the opportunity to fish for BF Tuna but as Gerry said...We all need to stick together!

Great job getting this on here for our attention to the matter.

P.S. If anyone wants to drag me along on a BFT trip to show me what I'm missin'...I'm all ears! Just sayin'

It is simply amazing that they want to put restrictions on the rod and reel fishermen and not change the rules for the bycatch of the commercial businesses. If one of the reasons they want to change this is to counteract the dead fish on their lines make them more accountable for that.

Like Gerry said in a previous post here, if it's BFT they close now, what will it be tomorrow?

Thumbs down Re: Tuna trouble

Done, complete - sent in.

Unreal that "they"...NMFS has our back up against the wall...and to make the rod and reel fisherman feel bad about keeping even one BFT!!

I don't even feel like an American anymore...

Take, take, take and what does the average "Joe" have left?

ZERO!

I will feel sick to my stomach when I have to renew my 2014 HMS Permit - what good has the HMS extortion permit done for me (us?)...less and less every year.

What a F*** joke...
