Took a ride to Carnegie lake today to check lake and boat ramp Found it with no problem Looks like a nice place to try Better ramp than what im used to Place I usually go just a mud lauch area and shallow In a Monmouth county park So again thanks for the info guys

Good point, but the lake is a pretty good distance from the local stocking points. Very possible though.
