It's that time of year again!!!
I make this with blackfish and it is awesome, I actually have friends that have been begging me to make this for weeks now! On those trips I only got one or two I freeze and pull them all out and make a big batch! I can't wait

I have frozen the uncooked cakes. Laid them on wax paper and put in ziplock bags.

Left them in there for a month and came out of the freezer and onto the grill just fine. Longer than that I cant answer for.
