Bluefishing was good on Monday. We caught 4 to 14LB blues on jigs. We had some crazy action at times. The fishing slowed down later in the day. We did manage to catch 2 nice bass inshore later in the trip.

The pool winner was:
Manny Molina from Reading PA with a 32LB striped Bass and his limit of blues.

Last year some of the best bass fishing was between now and the first week of June so there is still a chance we may get a shot at the stripers along with the blues.
The big Jamaica is scheduled to sail every day at 7:30AM for Striped Bass & Blues.

Night Report
Bluefishing was very good again Sunday night. We were fishing 14 miles east of Brielle. We were chumming and caught the blues on bait. The fish ranged from 6 to 15LBS and many passengers caught their limit.
The pool winner was:
Ed Bowman from Trenton NJ with a 15LB bluefish.

Night Bluefish trips will sail at 7:30PM
every night starting June 1.
