Porgies W/Potato Salid
Hit the bottom of the freezer.
2 lbs. porgy Fillets 1 c Flour 1 c Bread crumbs 1/3 c Frenches Frent Fried Onions. (mince to the same consistency as bread crumbs) mix with crumbs Egg Wash Dredge fish in flour,egg wash then the bread crumb mix.Fry to a light brown,salt and pepper to taste

That looks great! Simple recipe too. I am going porgy fishing next week - gonna make the same recipe.
