Shale Down Cruise and Sandy Hook Striper Report

Finally got all the work done on the boat and decided to take a short last minute shake down cruise and do some fishing....

Boat ran great and Allison from www.alycanvas.com did a great job on a new Strata Glass enclosure. She put tabs on the curtain zippers so rather then have to roll them up, I can clip them to the hard top. Real nice since rolling them up tends to scratch the glass and makes them cloudy.

Fishing was good too. We anchored up, clammed and picked a fish here and there. I had 1 as did Larry and brother Joe got 2 including this first one of the season, which we will never hear the end of



Nice to be back on the water and here's to a trouble free boating season.
