I have not had any experience with them, but more then a few I've talked to have had good things to say about Momouth Marine on 36 in Port Monmouth and they specialize in Johnson Evinrude

They are very good people at Port Monmouth Marine. I have used them several times myself. They are very fair and quick too.

Just keep in mind, they do not have access to test run in the open water. And yes sometimes that does make a difference.

At Sea Tow the handfull of 200hp Johnsons get the hell beaten out of them.

We put more hours in a year than most boater owners ever did as long as they owned them. SO they occassionally needed some TLC

Monmouth Marine was our "go to" guy.
