You may be a tad early, the video was made in May.
Get in touch with Tommy from the board, he seems to be in New Brunswick area alot, I guess you'll see them there first.

Gotta give ya credit for trying, I think if you stick with it between the pipe and the falls you should get them.

I'm hitting the Delaware on Saturday. Hoping the river will recover from today's dump by then.

Agree however I think its a no no to use game fish for bait unless they where purchased from a hatchery for just that reason, or I know the Owls Nest sells rainbows for $2.50 each for the deleware stripers. Although could be wrong about the game fish part...

I think we'll be aight Eddie. It's supposed to peak tomorrow at noon. We're not wading. My friend is a guide and he has a River Pro jet boat. He said we'll be fishing high-water conditions and that his trips tomorrow are shot, but he thinks we'll get on the water Saturday afternoon. He said the herring and stripers are everywhere. Guys filling their livewells in 20 minutes and boating 20-35 stripers.

Update on that Eddie. I talked to the Big "D" River Guide and I'm good to go. The river is peaking right now and it's supposed to come down a bunch before I have to meet him at the ramp at 1:30pm tomorrow down near Trenton. He said the herring are in full force and so are stripers. Check for the report and pics on Sunday. Everyone be safe and have fun this weekend and enjoy this amazing weather.
