16 to 24 oz of lead, hi lo rigs with 4/0 to 7/0 hooks for seabass, 2/0 to 3/0s for porgies, and maybe a couple cod rigs. Bring some jigs from 10 to 16 oz. for cod and pollack. Also, if you do not have a bunk, bring SLEEPING BAGS. Make sure have a large cooler for fish with plenty of ice and adequate clothing(foul weather gear is recommended) as it can be cold. Finally, your rod and reel will be OK. I have the same rod you are using and although I never used it offshore seabassing, it would work. The forcast for next weekend looks good, so have a great time and catch them up.
