Slow Pitch Jigging
Did anyone go to the very informative seminar at the Reel Seat? Anyone going to try it? I bought a Centaur Constellation rod and an Accurate Valiant Boss 300 from the Reel Seat. Cannot wait to try it out on fluke and sea bass.

Re: Slow Pitch Jigging
I was there. I have a Kevin Bogan Fluke rod that I am happy with. Can't see pitching expensive jigs in snaggy areas for Sea Bass or Tog.
Then in Skinners lasts vid he is using a slow pitch rod with a conventional tog jig for tog. He didn't get any big ones with it would have like to see how the rod worked on a bigger fish. |

Re: Slow Pitch Jigging
How does slow pitch jigging work for fluke?
I usually do fast short vertical jigging bucktails when fluking like skinner. |

Because of the specific types of jigs used, the presentation mimics a disabled baitfish fluttering instead of fleeing. |
