Bad News For Sea Bass
 
BAD NEWS FOR SEA BASS


It looks like our sea bass regulations will have to be changed for the worse.This is due to the fact that the landings were underestimated according to new data that just came out. Those interested in listening to what is going to happen because of this may call in at 10:30 AM on 3/28/12

I know one thing for sure......Nobody I know caught a lot of sea bass during last summers season.

Thanks for posting this. Found out at the rally in DC last week that things would be changing but did not know the day of the conference call at that time.

Time will tell what we actually end up with.

Be careful when you release those little "sea Kittens" Tony. Those dogfish need something to eat.
Didn't you read the signs the PETA girls were carrying at the March?

The New Jersey representatives, Tom Fote, Adam Nowalski, and Pete Himchak presented our case very well and as a result we will probably have to cut our season short by just a couple weeks rather than a longer period of time. Our state is already working on new proposals that will have to be voted on at an NJMFC meeting.

Someone should have definitely tried to get a feel or an old fashion from them in exchange for a promise to quit fishing and become a vegan.
