if the game was just 7 minutes long we would have won and looked great doing
it but then i snapped out of it and watched in horror as the isles laid waste to
the now trembling rangers.what the hell happened!!!!!!!LETS GO RANGERS!!!!

Ughhhhh!!!! first of all the refs sucked and the real problem is no one learned from the first tip in that they need to clear the crease and allowed 3 more tip in goals!!!! Geeeez... Islanders were just the better team last night :mad:

I dont know which was tougher sitting in 6 1/2 hrs of traffic or listening to the game on the radio. Isles have our number again like in the 70's. Good to see the rivalry alive just wish we were on the other side of it.
Team looks better than expectations though so optimism is still alive.

Thought for sure after scoring first 2 quick goals we were on the right path but that was wiped out real fast after the next 2 quick Islander goals...

Glad Spooner is gone... he was my #1 trade material since he hasn't done a thing for us this year... but not sure Strome is going to be any better unless someone lights a fire under his butt...

Rangers need a true #1 leader at this point .... we have #2's & 3's but not a #1 out there....

Standings are so close in points right now... no one thought we'd be where we are in beginning of season... a few wins and we could be in 1st place :D Let's please clean up the mistakes and beat Fla tonight!!! ;)

Learned a few things today.....

The fans love 3 on3......guessing everyone here knows my thoughts on it...:mad:

I apparently have NO CLUE what gets you kicked out of the face off. Watching guys 10 feet in front me getting kicked out and could not figure out for the life of me why???!!!! Someone please explain!!???

Seems to me guys are getting kicked out of the faceoff every other time these days for not much of a reason at all.... used to be once in a while and now it's the norm :rolleyes: I think it's a Power Trip for the linesmen and they're all getting into the act!!

Congrats to the Rangers on another 2 pts, Chytil netting his 3rd this past week, Brendan Smith on coming back with a goal and good game, Kreider racking up goals and of course, Hank, moving up to the 7th overall NHL wins ...

It was an exciting 3rd period to watch...

I hate to see us giving away both Skjei AND Kreider for the Nylander sweepstakes in these next 2 weeks as the rumor mill has it :( Seems we always give away more then we get...

...Split, I couldnt believe what I was watching live??? Ive played the game as I know others here have as well.....have you ever seen guys getting waved out of the circle?? Ever??

I dont even want to get on my soapbox and rant about Bergy getting the shaft every single time he plays the Leafs!!!!! (ok....rant over...;))

You’re absolutely right Duff.... never saw so many guys get booted out of the face off like they are this year.... it used to be a rare occurrence and they really had to do something wrong and this year it must be for just looking at the linesman the wrong way :rolleyes: A waste of time in my opinion... seems like it’s happening on every other face off for no reason at all

great game of hockey last night.even better the Rangers won!!!!!!team played
very well with some great sign coming from the young guys.they never gave
up and played hard smart hockey most of the game.new coach new rules seems to be working.LETS GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
