I agree, but my point was the number came back on the OPRA form as the over 251 million registered. Just goes to show how little the powers to be are even looking at the work as its passed on. I wanted to know the approx number to see how little a percentage show up in Washington next month . remember anyone fishing only on head or charter boats , dont have to register so they are not included in the 250 thousand number, as they are exempt |

The Noaa collection for trip data is even more Bullshit. Since im registered with Noaa as a for hire vessel I was surveyed 3 times this past season.
They asked how many times the boat fished, and out of what port.Thats was all the info they wanted. Never asked How many guys fished, nor what we fished for, or caught.NOT 1 question about a daily catch |
